LUMINOUS

Ever since we started creating shell art we knew that some day we would incorporate lights. In one way or another. But we never thought it would take six years until we actually challenged ourselves. But here we are now! With a true conversation piece.

This exploration is No. 1 in a series of unique sea urchin works called “Luminous”. As the sea urchins start to glow and pulsate the whole piece breathes light. Each intricate pattern allow all 75 urchins to really show off.
