Shipping Policies
We’ll ship our art and goodies anywhere you can get a package but we are not responsible for your country’s customs policies or import taxes/VAT etc. By purchasing from the Shellman store, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own fees.
If your item is in stock, we'll ship it out within one week from ordering! We try not to take too many trips to the post office in one week.
Once your order is shipped, the condition of your order is in the hands of the shipping service. We do not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact us here - we will do our best to figure out what to do!
If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact PostNL first or your international post office if you're abroad, and if they are unable to assist you, we can try to figure something out! As a small business, we are unable to offer free replacements.
You will receive a tracking number to your email address when we print the shipping label. Please check the tracking page regularly to ensure safe delivery of your goodies. You are responsible keeping an eye on the information and collecting your delivered package in a timely manner.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales through the Shellman shop have a 14-day return policy at the customers cost. We do not accept free returns or exchanges because of the nature of our small business and apply a 10% handling fee.
All pre-orders are non-refundable.
