PROCESSING TIME
Most Shellman pieces are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind items ready to ship. Orders are typically dispatched within 10 days. Made-to-order or commissioned pieces take longer; we'll follow up with an estimated timeline after your order is placed.

SHIPPING FROM SWEDEN
All orders ship from our studio in Helsingborg, Sweden.

SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We use one carrier per destination:

• Sweden: DB Schenker, delivered to a pickup point near you
• Denmark and the United Kingdom: UPS
• The rest of the EU, the USA and all other countries: FedEx

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

LARGER ORDERS (OVER 20 KG)
Large pieces often need custom packaging. For orders over 20 kg (over 10 kg to the USA), choose the "Get shipping quote" option at checkout. The amount shown at checkout is a provisional shipping charge: we'll confirm the exact cost by email before your order ships and refund or invoice any difference.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days within the EU, and longer for shipments outside the EU.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

• European Union: no customs or import charges.
• USA: duties prepaid. US import duties are calculated and shown at checkout, and we pay them to US customs for you, so your parcel isn't held for duties on arrival.
• United Kingdom and all other countries outside the EU: the recipient is the importer of record and pays any import VAT, customs duties and carrier fees on delivery. These charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. Shipments refused because of unpaid import charges will not be refunded for the original shipping cost.
