PROCESSING TIME
Most Shellman pieces are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind items ready to ship. Orders are typically dispatched within 10 days. Made-to-order or commissioned pieces take longer; we'll follow up with an estimated timeline after your order is placed.

SHIPPING RATES & ZONES
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Costs are lowest for domestic Netherlands orders, low across most of Europe, and higher for the UK, North America, and international destinations further afield (Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and other overseas regions).

For larger or heavier pieces, select the "Request Quote" shipping option at checkout — this doesn't charge you anything yet; we'll follow up with the actual shipping cost before your order is confirmed.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days for EU destinations, and longer for shipments outside the EU.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the European Union — including to the United Kingdom — the recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost, and we have no control over or ability to predict them. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. Shipments refused due to unpaid customs charges will not be refunded for original shipping costs.
